a peaceful haven close to the airport
helpful staff clean room comfortable bed
anne at reception was an absolute angel!!! nothing felt too much for her, and she greeted everyone with such a genuine smile, a true gem. the room itself was very clean and spacious, just perfect for unwinding after my travels. the bed was also comfortable, i had the best night's sleep in ages. it was a restful escape.
The parking charges felt a little steep. Complimentary or discounted rates for hotel guests would be AMAZING!!!

The room was clean, so I appreciated that. The staff members were friendly and helpful upon my arrival. My room had a spacious layout, a welcome feature.
I noticed the car park lacked sufficient lighting during the evening. I suggest calling ahead to inquire about parking charges, as they could be clearer.

excellent service helpful staff
Alex at the reception provided service above expectations he explained the area and other questions I had. Services were excellent and very helpful overall.
The driveway was dirty and gravelly with potholes it was also ill-lit.

ample space efficient climate control quiet room
the standard single room i occupied featured ample space and included efficient climate control. a work desk and chair were also present, allowing me to comfortably handle some urgent tasks, i found the room quiet. the bathroom included several fresh towels, i appreciated the convenience.
the car park requires a fee.

The staff, they are always happy to help you with anything you need. They are always smiling! The rooms are definitely more than worth the money. I had a great night sleep!
The driveway, it was dirty and gravelly. I saw potholes everywhere! The grass area outside the building looked overgrown and shabby. The building is severely outdated and needs some fresh paint.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted
high parking fee strange smell
The parking fee was higher than expected, i didn't know this before arriving. the corridors felt outdated, the decor looked tired. our room had a strange smell. It was hard to ignore. housekeeping could have been more thorough. There was noticeable dust.
